Yokiya Honpo is an Okonomiyaki shop, one of the popular local dishes served in Hiroshima.

Okonomiyaki means grilled to your liking, but it has a thin crepe like batter topped with soba or udon noodles, pork slices, cabbage, sprouts, fish powder and topped with an egg, date sauce and seaweed flakes. It’s quite scrumptious and at Yokiya Honpo you get the full local treatment.
