Equipped with restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and schools, residents are provided with the option of never stepping foot out of the area (if they choose). For those who are out and about, JR, Hiroden and bus access are available. A big red cherry on top, Itsukaichi is a genuinely beautiful area. Surrounded by ocean and mountains, Itsukaichi emits a quaint feeling to it and has earned its reputation as a cool low-key suburb of Hiroshima.

Al Park

Al Park is a well-known shopping mall with restaurants, a cinema and a large variety of shops. It has JR access and usually has a fun, family atmosphere.

Sun Plaza

Address: 3-1-1, Shoko Center, Nishi Ward, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture

Sun plaza is home to the Hiroshima Dragon Flies basketball team, wresting matches and hosts a variety of concerts. Seating around 6,000 people, the venue has a more intimate energy when compared to larger venues.

 

Hiroshima Outlets

Recently opened in late April 2018, the Outlets Hiroshima offer loads of shopping, virtual reality gaming, bowling and even curling! Its tons of fun and is definitely worth a visit.
